Biofertilizer-K consists of Potassium Solubilizing Microorganisms.

The potassium solubilizing microorganisms (KSMs) are a rhizospheric microorganism which solubilizes the insoluble potassium (K) to soluble forms of K for plant growth and yield. 

This is a promising strategy for the improvement of plant absorption of potassium and so reducing the use of chemical fertilizer. 

In addition to potassium solubilization the ‘K’ solubilizers also act as excellent organic waste decomposers.
